This website describes our store and services. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Statements about what we buy, what we pay, and how quickly repairs are completed describe our general practice. Every actual price, quote, and turnaround time is determined in person, after we have examined your item.

Quotes, evaluations, and pricing

Offers for gold and silver depend on each item's weight, purity, and current market prices, all of which change. An estimate given by phone, email, or through this website is not final until we have evaluated the item in the store, and market movements may change an offer between your inquiry and your visit. Evaluations are free and carry no obligation to sell.

No online sales for now

We do not currently sell products or accept payments through this website. All purchases, sales, and repairs take place in the store. If we introduce online sales in the future, these terms will be updated with purchase, shipping, and return terms before any transaction is offered, and the updated terms will apply only from their effective date forward.

In-store transactions

Transactions in the store are governed by the receipt or written terms you receive at the time of the transaction and by applicable North Carolina law. Selling precious metals requires a valid government-issued photo ID, which state law requires us to record.
